Secrets of Seattle’s Historic Shoreline Tour

Join author David B. Williams on a 1.5-mile tour to explore the last vestiges of the former downtown bluffs, trace the lost island of Seattle and examine how the subterranean fill still affects the modern landscape. This tour starts at the intersection of Dzidzilalich (Alaskan Way) and Lenora Street along the waterfront and ends at Occidental Square. Tours take place from 10 a.m.-noon and is planned for the second Tuesday of each month through August. Get free tickets at Friends of Waterfront Park.
