Workout Wednesdays at Seattle Center

Join Seattle Center for Workout Wednesdays, every week from June 18-Aug. 20. Join in each week for Gentle Yoga, Zumba or Mat Pilates! All classes are held outdoors at Seattle Center, free, and taught by certified instructors.

Gentle Yoga: 5:30-6:30 p.m. at the South Ex Hall Lawn

Utilizing vinyasa style flows, this class is a perfect way to begin to find the connection of the body to the mind. Please bring your own yoga mat or towel. All ages and experience levels welcome.

Zumba: 6:30-7:30 p.m. at the Artists at Play Plaza

Ditch the workout and join the party! Join in for an adventurous journey around the world in a workout full of high energy, easy to follow choreography and FUN! No dance experience is required and all are welcome. Please bring plenty of water and wear comfortable sneakers.

Mat Pilates: 6:45-7:30 p.m. at the South Ex Hall Lawn

Join in on a dynamic mat Pilates class that combines strength, flexibility, and community! With expert instructors and a supportive environment, you’ll feel challenged and energized. It’s not just a workout—it’s an opportunity to connect, unwind, and grow stronger together.
