Now in a new evening time slot! Relax and re-energize after a long day at the office with free meditation and yoga classes, every Wednesday in October at the Urban Village at 2+U. Instructor Haley Rae Derge leads four back-to-back classes each week from 4–6 p.m., with new sessions starting every 30 minutes. Classes include Mindful Meditation, Stretching Flow, Vinyasa Yoga and Bootcamp Barre Fitness. Join for one class or stay as long as you’d like! All sessions are free and everyone is welcome.
