Empty downtown storefronts are lighting up with art thanks to “Shine On Seattle.” The new series is transforming 20 windows and public spaces throughout downtown Seattle into multimedia galleries through a partnership between local artists, the Downtown Seattle Association, Lusio Light and downtown property owners. From oversized paper planes and video projections to glowing candy and explorations of motion, each piece is inspired by the artist’s personal interpretation of the theme.
