Following the popularity of the 2021-22 series, Shine On returns to downtown Seattle! In a collaboration between local artists, the Downtown Seattle Association, Metropolitan Improvement District ratepayers, Lusio Lights and downtown property owners, luminous art installations will light up the night in Pioneer Square.
